In accordance with articles 3-5 of Law 4565 of 2021, a body (EKAPY) is established to monitor consumption, consumption and pricing of the entire supply cycle of health system products and services, with an emphasis on flexibility in terms of in organization and operation, but also in innovation in terms of strategic and operational planning of central health supplies and with care to consolidate the principles of good administration and management.

Furthermore, with article 7 of Law 4931 of 2022, provisions are added regarding the process of control of expenses for the detection and prevention of delinquent behavior of the providers of the E.O.P.Y.Y., which provide for the possibility of due to an audit, carried out in real time, to be reduced to the total of the submitted expenditure of each provider and to be assigned to natural or legal persons of public or private law.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
