The KEFIM Observatory aims to enhance transparency and accountability in public debate, offering citizens documented and reliable information on the operation of critical sectors of the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its full form it includes the following individual Indicators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The Election Program Implementation Index, <\/strong>which measures the extent to which the pre-election commitments made by the respective ruling party have been implemented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The Pissarides Program Implementation Index, <\/strong>which measures the rate of adoption through specific policies of the important reforms included in the Development Plan for the Greek Economy submitted to the Greek Government on November 14, 2020 by Nobel Prize-winning economist Christoforos Pissarides and his team. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The Legislation Quality Index, <\/strong>which evaluates the overall process of introducing laws that are voted on in the national parliament and introduced into the legal order of our country, quantifying polynomialism and maladministration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The Legislative Consensus Index, <\/strong>which measures the degree of opposition consensus in passing bills introduced by the ruling majority in Parliament. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The Municipal Efficiency Index, <\/strong>which measures how effective Municipalities are in their work, approaching effectiveness in the context of the efficiency of the resources they have at their disposal and their compliance with the regulatory framework that binds them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
