PD 47/2022 provides for the establishment, organization and operation of the Office for the Collection and Processing of Judicial Statistics in the Central Service of the Ministry of Justice. At the same time, its staffing is underway as well as the tender process for the information system that will support its operation.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as being implemented.
