In the direction of consolidation, the introduction of the prepaid card for approximately 2 million beneficiaries of OPECA benefits, which will replace cash benefits, is moving. From 2023 it is planned that the entire amount of the Minimum Guaranteed Income will go into the prepaid card.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as being implemented.
