In accordance with the provisions of part B of Law 4818/2021, the conditions and conditions under which
the guarantee of the Greek State may be provided, in accordance with the European Commission decision of 10.10.2019 C (2019) 7309 (hereinafter "initial decision") and the European Commission decision of 9.4.2021 C (2021) 2545 (hereinafter " decision
extension") which relate to the guarantee program for securitizations of credit institutions, with the aim of reducing their non-performing exposures, under the name "HERAKLIS".

The bill attempts to ease the regulatory framework to accelerate the reduction of bad loans, without mentioning the relevant cooperation with the SSM.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as partially implemented.
