The provisions of Law 4941 of 2022 provide for the sale of the public's shareholdings in the HFSF to credit institutions and investors, and Article 9 removes the restrictions that applied to the HFSF's voting rights corresponding to its shareholdings. Article 10 provides for the disposal procedure of the HFSF holdings.
Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
