Evaluation

According to article 11 of Law 4763/2020, the Workplace Learning Program is governed by a contract, concluded between the E.S.K. and the employer, natural or legal person, private or public law, with the possibility of providing incentives to hire the apprentice after the end of the apprenticeship. Internships and work-based learning programs in both private and public institutions may be funded by national or EU funds.

Article 39 of Law 4921/2022 provides that the certification of those trained in the context of continuing professional training is carried out by independent Certification Bodies, which are:
a) Accredited according to Standard ISO/IEC 17024 or
b) certified based on the current institutional framework, in particular article 50 of Law 4763/2020 (A' 254), to grant certificates or
c) software or technology companies, which provide relevant certifications that are internationally recognized in the labor market. The invitation for a program of subsidized continuing professional training may provide that the certification of the trainees is done exclusively by a Certification Body, which is selected for this purpose, in accordance with the applicable assignment procedure of Law 4412/2016 (A' 147).

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
