With the provisions of Law 4843/2021 in Part D, necessary regulations are foreseen to ensure the penetration of Renewable Energy Sources and the efficient operation of the electricity market. The regulations apply to all natural and legal persons who
are active in the electricity market and in particular RES producers, with or without aid, the competent institutional bodies, such as, in particular, Operators, DEDDIE and DAPEEP.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
