The 2021 – 2025 Network Development Plan of the EDDDIE includes the following related actions: creation of a digitized model of the EDDDIE in the new software for simulation studies and the examination of alternative support projects, either locally or throughout the network, in order to qualify the most efficient ones. The tender aimed at the digitization - recording - registration of geographical and descriptive data of the Electricity Distribution Network of 57 regions of the DEDDIE in the geographic information system database, was announced with a single announcement for 5 digitization contracts, one per District Administration. New SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system called "Hercules". The implementation of the new system will be completed and fully operational within 28 months. With the new system, DEDDIE will be able to respond more quickly and efficiently to all requests from its customers (consumers and providers) through the digitization of documents. At the same time, the possibilities of the new CRM will be exploited to the maximum with the gradual digitization of the Electricity Distribution Network.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as being implemented.
