Part C of Law 4951/2021 provides for the necessary regulations for the licensing and operation of electricity storage stations and for the modification of the licensing of fossil fuel power stations, while further incorporating the provisions of the European Directive 2019/944 Parliament and of the Council, of 5 June 2019, "on the common rules for the internal electricity market and the amendment of Directive 2012/27/EU" (L 158), regarding the above objects and the activity of cumulative representation.

Chapter I of Law 4964 of 2022 provides for the definition of the conditions, the method and the financing process, from national and EU resources, of electricity and natural gas infrastructure projects, the construction process of critical projects for the development of the Interconnected Network is simplified infrastructure and utilities, the completion of work on existing facilities or the construction of new electrical facilities and the obligations of managers to meet the country's energy efficiency targets are accelerated.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
