With the provisions of Law 4912/2022, the creation of an independent single authority for all public contracts was carried out, which will result from the merger of the Single Independent Authority for Public Contracts (EAADISY) and the Authority for the Examination of Pre-Trial Appeals (AEPP), utilizing in the best possible way the potential, experience and know-how of the two authorities, as well as the more effective exercise of control of the correct application of national and EU public procurement law by the contracting authorities, including the examination of appeals brought before the conclusion of the contracts public contracts.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as partially implemented, as the relevant organization has been created, however, it cannot be determined whether it is following the recommendations of the proposal.
