Law 4817/2021 activates the right of the public to start the construction works of the northern part of the road axis of the Central Greek Highway E65 (Trikala - Egnatia Road), which had been classified as postponed and remained pending due to the inability to finance the part which burdened the national branch. Therefore, due to the inclusion of the project to be financed in the Recovery Fund, it becomes possible to start the relevant works for its construction and delivery in full operation. The implementation of the northern section will contribute to the completion of the Central Greece E65 highway and to the achievement of safety and speed conditions for its users.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as partially implemented, as some upgrading actions for specific road networks have been launched.
