Nine out of 10 properties will have received a Land Registry Code by the end of 2023. A land registry contract was recently signed for Corfu and Thesprotia, lasting four years, while in 2023 an assignment is expected, with a duration of 33 months, regarding the completion of the of the National Land Registry in Kallithea and in a part of Palaio Faliro. This year the post in Florina and Kastoria is completed, while the posts in Arcadia, Thassos and Rodopi are in progress, which will be extended until the end of February. In the first quarter of 2023, pre-posting will take place in Laconia, Evia, Achaia, Argolis and Corinthia and post-posting in Fthiotida, Evrytania, Halkidiki and Ilia.

Also, according to a press release of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, at the end of 2023, the phase of initial approval of the forest maps concerning the 95% of the area under suspension and the 90% of the Territory has been completed.

The proposal is therefore assessed as being implemented.
