According to the provisions of Law 4765/2021, (Article 10) for E.E.P. positions. an individual structured interview with the candidates is also required, in addition to the provisions in para. a and b of par. 1 of article 9. With the structured interview, the suitability of the candidates for the exercise of the duties of the specific position, as well as their communication skills, are judged. The structured interview concerns, indicatively, issues related to the object of the organization and the advertised position in relation to the subject, experience, scientific publications and other related activities and other qualifications of the candidate.

At the request of the body and approval of the A.S.E.P., it is possible to conduct additional competitive procedures to verify the suitability of the candidates' qualifications or their experience for the position to be filled. Additional competitive procedures may include a practical test or specialist knowledge test. The practical tests include, in particular, simulation tests in the field of employment of the position, sports tests, speaking tests or psychometric tests. The specialist knowledge test is about establishing the required experience and is carried out either by the method of multiple choice questions or by text development or a combination of the two.

In article 11 it is provided that the Central Competition Committee determines the grading method and the weighting of the answers. The Central Competition Committee defines by its decision the place and time of the competition, the examination and grading centers, their supervisory bodies, as well as every relevant detail. The subjects of the written competition are determined or approved by the Central Competition Committee and broadcast or transmitted simultaneously to all examination centers. When the written examination is conducted by the method of multiple-choice questions, the marking of the papers may be done using digital means.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
