Articles 48-50 of Law 4921/2022 establish a framework for the implementation of an Action for the provision of financing to medium and large enterprises, for the creation and equipment of baby care and care facilities and their facilities, as well as covering the salary and non-salary costs for staffing nurseries, in order to support and strengthen especially working mothers and families.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
