The provisions of Law 4635/2019 (Article 120) provide for the establishment of the National Development Program (NDP) with the aim of adopting an integrated system for the planning, management, monitoring and control of the interventions financed by the national resources of Public Investment Program (PDE). The EPA facilitates synergies of national resources with other funding sources (NSRF, Recovery and Resilience Fund).

The EPA for the programming period 2021-2025 was approved in 2020 and started on July 1, 2021 with the gradual activation, until December 31, 2021, of the individual Sectoral and Regional Development Programs that make it up.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
