In May 2022, the Strategic Environmental Impact Study (SEIS) for the creation of a model Science and Technology Park in the former CHROPEI building on Piraeus Street was posted on the website of the General Secretariat of Research and Innovation.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as being implemented.
