According to Law 4957/2022 and specifically article 129, by decision of the Senate, a Teaching and Learning Support Center is established in each Higher Educational Institution (HEI) with the mission of providing support services, strengthening and continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes, in accordance with modern trends in pedagogy, as well as the utilization of new technologies in teaching for the development of distance education, while by a similar decision the Internal Operating Regulations of the Center are approved.

The strengthening of the institution is evident from the activation of the relevant regulatory provisions in the following institutions:
APOF 2278/2022 Tr.apof. 1515/21 regarding the renaming of the Teaching and Learning Support Office at the University of Macedonia
3 APOF DPTH//2022 Renaming the DPTH Teaching and Learning Support Office to the Teaching and Learning Support Center
4 APOF 2207/2022 Amendment of the Internal Regulations of the Teaching and Learning Support Center.
5 APOF 103//2022 Establishment of a Teaching and Learning Support Center of Harokopio University.
6 APOF 102//2022 Establishment of the Teaching and Learning Support Center of the Athens University of Economics and Business and approval of regulations.
7 APOF 826//2022 Establishment of the Teaching and Learning Support Center of the Hellenic Mediterranean University
8 APOF DF //2022 Establishment of a Teaching and Learning Support Center at the International Hellenic University
9 APOF 32/2022 Establishment of a Teaching Support Center at ASPAITE.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
