According to ELSTAT data, the public debt in 2020 was 341.1 billion euros and in 2021 it was 353.3 billion euros.
Accordingly, the General Government Balance in 2020 was -16.7 billion euros and in 2021 it was -13.5 billion euros.
Therefore, the proposal is assessed as not implemented.
