With the provisions of Law 4919/2022, further electronic simplification of the incorporation procedures through Y.M.S. is possible. and registration of G.E.MH. deeds, reduction of registration costs and time. The approach in the proposed draft law leads in several cases to a clear and complete automation of the procedures.
Therefore, the proposal is assessed as implemented.
