Evaluation

Law 4938 of 2022 provides in article 2 that the procedures for merging and abolishing civil, criminal and administrative courts, expanding or limiting their jurisdiction, converting them in whole or in part into telematics courts and changing their headquarters to be done by presidential decree (PD) following the opinion of the Plenary of the Supreme Court or the Council of State.

A relevant PD has not been issued.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as being implemented, as it has been legislated but not implemented (the relevant implementing provisions have not been activated).
