According to the Ratification of the ELIXIR Consortium Agreement (n. 4836/2021), the cooperation framework was created for the creation and operation of the eponymous European research infrastructure for biological data in the field of life sciences ("European Life-Science Infrastructure for Biological Information-ELIXIR").

However, corresponding actions on a larger scale in all sectors have not been carried out.

Therefore, the proposal is assessed as partially implemented.
