Development of an interconnected and integrated Primary Health Care system that will ensure equitable and universal coverage and will aim to promote health and prevent disease

Evaluation
Law 4931 of 2022, and more specifically with Part C, reorganizes primary health care and introduces the institution of a personal physician for every citizen.
However, the statutory provisions do not constitute an interconnected and integrated PHC system.
Therefore, the proposal is assessed as partially implemented.
